Dr. Sheri Allotta Advances to National Director Rank at Total Life Changes

From military duty to law enforcement, Dr. Sheri Allotta has devoted her career to helping others. Now, as the newest National Director at Total Life Changes (TLC), she channels her passion for service into transforming lives.

“I’ve always tried to escalate every 90 days,” Allotta said. “Reaching this rank feels a little bit surreal, but I’m ready to go to the next level.”

Before joining TLC on Veteran’s Day in 2023, Allotta dedicated 22 years to her country, first in the Marine Corps, then the Army Reserve. She also spent part of her career with the NYPD detective squad, contributing to counterterrorism efforts. For Allotta, TLC represents a new chapter of service focused on making a difference in her community.

Driven by her experience with TLC’s products, Allotta is on a mission to support her fellow veterans. She notes that while the military prioritizes wellness, many veterans struggle to maintain healthy habits after returning to civilian life. Having overcome significant challenges, including Lyme disease and brain fog, Allotta deeply values good health and is determined to help others reclaim it.

“I needed an awakening, a financial, spiritual, health, wealth, and mindset shift,” she said. “The products speak for themselves. This is more than a weight-loss company. It really is a total life change.”

Drawing from her background as a first sergeant, motivational speaker, and extreme execution coach, Allotta excels at understanding and inspiring others. Her team, Yes Thru All, comprises veterans, public service professionals, and even Gen Z college students, a group she connects with through her 21-year-old daughter Catrina, also a TLC distributor.

Teamwork and a retail-to-recruit strategy powered Allotta’s rise to the National Director milestone. She credits her success to the steadfast support of her team and the mentorship of coaches like Dr. Stormy Wellington, Sheila Woodward, Dr. Tammy Price, Arrica Scarver, Sheila Monique, and her sponsor, Twyla Morgan Montague. To Allotta, TLC is not just a business but a unified front that has stood by her at every step of her journey.

“We are better together when we’re for the people, by the people,” Allotta said. “Total Life Changes is a family. We can be everywhere and anywhere and still come together.”

Allotta instills the same collaborative spirit in her team. Each week, they immerse themselves in their local communities, retailing at veteran hospitals, nail and hair salons, restaurants, and college campuses. Their secret to success? Consistently multiplying, focusing on progress in 90-day cycles, and living by a powerful principle: Never give up.

Looking ahead, Allotta is committed to providing for her three children while giving back to veterans. She aims to reach her next rank in early 2025 and make history as TLC’s first Jamaican Ambassador by year’s end, joining the company’s diverse leaders in making a global impact.

“They say it’s lonely at the top, but I want to bring a lot of people with me,” she said. “As I climb, we climb. As I rise, we rise. I want to be known as an Ambassador in TLC who has changed many lives along the way.”
