  3. What’s interesting is most people are voting for THEIR company by choosing to vote for the leader listed. All of these people are great leaders with exceptional people skills and field experience. Although I do have to agree with Blake that some of these people shouldn’t be on that list, just because they made a lot of money doesn’t mean they are great leaders. Just makes them great marketers. One should not be called a great Networking leader when their downline including personally sponsored reps don’t even know the “leader’s” phone number. No duplication, no leader. very simple.

  36. When will someone go…. Are you for real? Top MLM Leader….?! Zeek Rewards? Global Wealth Trade? World Ventures? .Talk Fusion? Limu? .. give me strength.

    Even Visalus was a dog until they rescued it just 2 years ago. Frankly, they are doing an AMAZING job of creating momentum YET is so early days….Given the last companies that have boomed like this in last 5 years ALL have then had network collapse …Arbonne, Mona Vie, Agel…

    Look at title of ‘Top MLM Field Leader in World’, there should be some conditions…

    1. Size of Growth [anything less than $500mil should not count in an industry of $150bn]
    2. Duration of Growth [anything less than 5 years isn’t credible. It could be boom-bust].
    3. Actual Strategic Impact [I know at least 3 top leaders that are only there in name. Other leaders built most of their networks ‘despite’ their upline.]

    I know this restricts it to about 100 leaders in about 30 companies YET are you really looking for the TOP MLM Leader in the World or not?

    The question is ‘Will they have the guts to allow themselves to be called The Top MLM Leaders in the World?’ When they know the credible part of the industry will laugh at them?

  46. I’m not sure I understand the point to this poll. People from Limu won’t vote for Visalus and people from Visalus won’t vote for Limu, so at the end of the day, isn’t it really just like the voting process for American Idol? Let’s see who has more friends on Facebook.

  47. Jimmy Smith is the epitome of how network marketing can work, regardless of age. He is 84 and only found Isagenix when he was 74! The reason he and his family earned over $20,000,000 (yes, millions) since joined Isagenix is because he cares and help anybody in Isagenix regardless of downline or group. He has over 200,000 people in his group. He probably has the most personal sponsored millionaires in the whole company. He is the best example of consistency and never giving up in this industry. He had bad experiences in network marketing before Isagenix, yet, he kept going. I vote for Jimmy Smith!!!
