Dal 2019 collaboro con Essens col passare degli anni ho iniziato ad amare sempre di più qualità dei prodotti. Per la mia personale esperienza e quella dei miei clienti sono tutti di alta qualità. L’unica piccola nota negativa è il guadagno derivante dalla vendita diretta che è diventato poco competitivo rispetto a ciò che c’è in giro. Per quanto riguarda il piano compensi hai ottime possibilità di guadagnare nel momento in cui hai un buon team . Quello che mi dà fiducia in questa azienda è la sua stabilità economica e i suoi progetti per il futuro, l’uscita di nuovi prodotti che vanno a toccare diverse nicchie si mercato in modo tale che ognuno potrà specializzarsi in ciò che gli è più consono
Essens turned out to be a failure. I worked in this company for 3 years. I am disappointed with both the product and the president. Let me explain why. The first is the quality of the product. Over the past year, it is obvious and has deteriorated significantly. There are constant complaints from customers. The second is wages. Too many distributors are not paid their money. There are even fines. Little partners don't know about it. This goes for the top leaders. There are very few of them. The company is not developing. Blocks contracts of top leaders who go out to high income. The company does not contact partners.
