I’ve known Tara about 3 years. Her smile and drive are contagious! She makes me want to be a better version of myself. My personal growth as an NP since joining her team is evident. I’m not just a number to her, I’m a valued part of the team. She pushes me to try new things. Tara shows up to support her BPs at events, even when it means hopping on a plane and time away from her beautiful family.
