I've been in the Network marketing industry for 45 years. I've seen and experienced a lot of different types of "Leaders". I have been listening to Randy for around 15 years and a part of his teams for about 13. When I first heard him, I was drawn to him. He is an excellent communicator and has spent long hours learning the art of communication.

1: Select a vehicle which is going the direction you would like to go.

2: Select a vehicle which is moving at the speed which is the speed you would like to grow.

3: Select a vehicle which is MUCH closer to it’s point of origin than it is to it’s ultimate destination.

4: STOP STRUGGLING! Stop trying to make things happen. Instead, identify things which are destined to occur, then become a catalyst in causing that which was destined to occur, to occur more quickly.

Learning the above lessons and acting accordingly has provided Randy with earnings in excess of $50 Million USD over the course of the past 35 years.
