He is really one of the best leaders I met. I am happy to be under such a person and have the chance to learn from him. Every day I can see how do I grow under his leading. I love the way he thinks about the things, how he can get the people around him to be interested in the new views, future and the present as well.
This is definitely motivating and brings nice results for the team and the people working with him. He is very creative, help people to be better and can motivate a crowd to get the best of themselves.
